  My friend-lawyer and I are discussing a lot about this possibility. I believe that any law is based on ethics, the ethics of more humane and less formal. Ethics is based on the values that can be embedded in the phrases, as it was from antiquities. Ethical basis is more stable than the current laws. Clearly that ethics must be done by professionals - not lawyers.
