Sophie Hamel-Dufour

Sophie Hamel-Dufour has been a sociologist since 1998. She is an expert at analyzing the social structure of organizations and collective representations, and her mastery of qualitative analysis enables her to look beyond the obvious aspects of what we say or think we say. She is convinced that companies should put humanity at the heart of their activities. In 2016, she created a way to measure the social footprint of organizations. Her practical knowledge of participatory democracy and sustainable development enhances her understanding of applied ethics.

She has been a member of the Ethikos team since 2011, and is currently Project and Conference Manager. In 2014, she co-created BoardEthics with René Villemure: www.boardethics.com
